Queens are grafted from our over wintered stock. Burke’s bees are acclimated to our Clyde, Ohio growing zone 5 weather. All our queens at this time are open bred. We currently have Carniolan, Italian & Ohio Buckeye Belle breeding stock that were all open bred. Burke’s bees are kept year around in Clyde, Ohio.<\/p>\n
